Questions

  • Free samples?

    Yes, samples are free. But express cost is on buyer's account. Shipping ways including EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, China Post, the usual delivery days is for 7-10 days, We will return sample delivery fee to you after first order shipment :) 

  • Are you factory ? Can you export the goods directly?

    Yes. We are trading and manufacturing company, Our manufacture company is “Yuyao Yuntian Sprayer” with 20 years history focus on R&D of different packaging, and our trading company “Ningbo Empire Packaging Co., LTD.” has own licence to export.

  • How to control the quality?

    We have full inspect on assemble line by professional-trained stuff. Finished product and packaging inspection.

  • What is the maxim production rate?

    We have >30 injection machine and >10 assembling lines, take an example for trigger sprayer, the maxim production rate is 400,000 PCS per day.

  • What is the trade terms and payment terms?

    Trade terms: FOB &CIF ,C&F . Payment term : T/T , 30% as deposit , 70% before shipping. We can talk for more details :)

  • How about the time of delivery?

    The usual delivery will be around 15-25 days. Depends on the quantity and working season.

  • Ability of develop and customized new product?

    We have a R&D team, who can work precisely with mold design, packaging selection, size selection, Bottle match etc.
